Import problem

I try to import some product which description and some fields are Arabic or Persian but after importing error utf-8
I check in excel csv file is utf-8 ,I think you app not support Arabic or Persian. Is there any way to fix it ?

If encoding is utf-8 then it should be ok. You can upload your file to google documents, make any small edit and then download it form there to let fix up file for you.
Other option is to get holest.com/holest-outsourcing/joomla-wor...-payment-plugin.html add-on to work with .XSLX that does not suffer from encoding problems.

would you please check mentioned plugin , I think its not your purpose

I want to be sure about this problem and if you think with that plugin it be ok I buy it.

I see problem in CSV looking at it in text mode (using Notepad++ app)

From row 3 name cell has this value that is quoted ( this is OK), butt there is not end quote and this is error.

"مته ته کونیک HSS-E الاتا ALATA(var #1834)
