Hi,
I purchased excel-like manager but can not update the products from csv.
In practice, if I export the products in csv, I change the names of the products, and will mark the changes are not seen. Also if the csv file I add a new product when improto file the new product is not loaded. How so? Thanks to the availability

That is joomla/virteumart version you are talking about - right?

If you use MS Excel to edit and save it can create incorrect csv format. Use Save As and for "Save As Type" make sure "CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)" is selected.

Google documents editor saves it correctly.
